Did the first 4 bosses with him today with my PvP geared holy paladin and we were in awesome mode. As Pvp pally in raid it can be hard to manage lowgeared tanks, but Watto did use what his class is supposed to use.

I know that the first 4 bosses isnt much in ICC, but from what ive seen, he has skills enough to do something much much more advanced than these bosses for sure.

Just need gear and he is a meatbag with a lot of meat to hit on.
