A little bit about Wen Tzu Enclave
This incarnation of the guild plays on the european World of Warcraft server 'Bloodscalp' You may find an older version of WenTzu which still exists in the game Anarchy Online, albeit led by mostly different people nowadays. The original guild focused on a high quality of player rather than quantity, and it is no different here in World of Warcraft. Our current raiding mandate is to concentrate on Kharazan and the Heroic level Instances.
We are a laidback bunch of people, with a less-than-serious attitude to the game. Those of a nervous disposition or in any way humourously challenged would be recommended to not apply, additionally if you are not of an age to enjoy the benefits of alchohol you would also be recommended to not apply.
Our Goal is to keep it small and friendly, maintain the easy going fun atmosphere. Our focus is on a good evenings gaming and not how many phat epixorz w3 got. We need - helpful, friendly, drama free people. An attitude of maturity and altruism is encouraged - it is expected that everyone taking part in guild activities does so with a sense of fun and generosity. Rather than approaching the game with the idea of what you can get out of the guild for yourself, take the viewpoint of what you can put into the guild for your fellow guildmates. |

The desire is that the guild is player driven, most members are late 20's/early 30's so there should be no need for babysitting or holding people's hands - if you all want to do something then make it happen together. If it doesn't then don't cry about it, instead find something else to occupy your time until more people are available - planning events through the forums will help. You are ALL encouraged to make extensive use of the forum as it is an integral part of the basic functioning of the guild.
As a member you are expected to be courteous and amicable towards your fellow guildmates. There are no strict conditions to be met, no attendance requirements, no forced character specs - In short you will get out what you put in without pressure or drastic restrictions from the guild, the responsability lies with you.
We have a Trialist rank for any new applicants, it is a time of evaluation and goes both ways (The trial period is entirely random). When push comes to shove a member would be given an item of loot/gear over a trialist.
...a trial would be failed if the player in question disrupted the current guild atmosphere to the detriment of the current membership.
...a member would be kicked for generally leeching off the guild and the people in it for a prolonged period of time.
...a player would be kicked if they became a source of excessive drama on a regular basis.
